昨日、米インパクト社の従業員が弊社の従業員と名乗ってお客様にコンタクトをとっていたという報告を2件受けました。弊社からお客様にご連絡差し上げるのは以下の4名のみです。お客様におかれましてはこの点十分ご注意頂きたいと思います。

尚、
先週、お伝えしました通り、米インパクト社との業務提携交渉は弊社とのビジネススタイル、理念の違いの他、お客様、ビジネスパートナー、弊社にとって最善の選択ではないとではないと判断したため、交渉は終了して
おります。
To all our Business Partners and Customers:
We would like to annouce that two of our business
partners have informed us that an employee of American company "IMPACTO"
has contacted them illegally requesting for business actions on behalf
of Global Comercio, Co. Ltd. We strongly advise all our business
partners and customers to be careful and confirm the full name of the
person contacting you. Only the below four staff are allowed to contact
you on behalf of Global Comercio, Co. Ltd as follows:
- Kensuke Kimura (CEO, in regards to any business)
- Jose Luis Rodriguez (CEO, in regards to any business)
- Asumi Tanaka (Sales - alllowed to take sales orders only)
- Diego Shimizu (Operations)
As previously announced, IMPACTO is an American
company with which our company was in discussions for a possible merger
and to which we officially announced in written form last week that we
are not interested in their offer as we not only strongly differ in
business-style and business objectives, but also we deemed their offer
was not in the best interest of our company, our Japanese customers and
business partners.
